Do you wish to make a complaint?
We would just like to remind you that the School has to comply with the “Comunidad de Madrid” current legislation governing complaints. Notwithstanding, we would like to think that direct communication is the best means of ensuring that any problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently and we recommend that we continue to work in this way so that any parent can request a meeting with whoever they feel is appropriate, bearing in mind the nature of the incident, and be attended to in the shortest period of time possible. This does not mean that the school, in its desire to improve its services and guarantee the quality thereof, will not give you the option of using this new method of channelling possible complaints.

Your claim will be received and managed by Management and a copy will be sent directly to the the Cognita Head Office in the U.K. for their keep quality control files.
