Hastings ski trip 2017 to Sierra Nevada

For the first time we went to Sierra Nevada for our annual ski trip.  The trip was blessed with idyllic weather; snow falling on the day we arrived meant that we had plenty to play with for the rest of the week.

After only one day of low visibility the sun also shone for the rest of the week. This meant perfect conditions for all levels of skiing and plenty of improvement was witnessed on the slopes (as well as ski goggle sun tan lines). By the end of the week the beginner skiers were making parallel turns, the top group had tackled the black run, the snowboarders were attempting jumps and even the Hastings teaching staff were improving their style!

And the fun was not only reserved for the slopes, ‘apres ski’ included plenty of snooker, a toboggan run and a fiesta where the kids revealed their moves on the dancefloor.

Here you are some pictures of the ski trip!
