A very enjoyable residential Science and Geography excursion took place involving Year 8, 9 and some Year 13 students. The participants went walking in the mountains or by cascades along a river.
Studies were undertaken of settlements, ecosystems and a water survey around the Gredos Centre as well. The students were also involved in a treasure hunt, archery, team building, a food web game as well as an art activity and in playing Victorian-style party games.
The 54 students were accompanied by 4 teachers; Mr. Connolly, Ms. Clark, Mr. McEachen and Ms. Chapell whose involvement helped in making the trip a great success.
